Shipping policy

At Naimal Studio, we carefully pack and deliver your orders to ensure your products reach you safely and in excellent condition. We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver orders to major cities and locations across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Karachi: 1–2 working days
  • Outside Karachi: 3–4 working days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take a little longer depending on courier availability and location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.

For customized or made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required. If there is any expected delay, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, order size, weight, and delivery location.

From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive a confirmation through WhatsApp, phone call, SMS, or email. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared with you through WhatsApp, SMS, or email, depending on the courier service used.

You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and reachable.

If the courier is unable to reach you or the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unanswered calls, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our products, especially our wooden, wall art, and decorative items.

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please take photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For any damage or issue with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear pictures/videos so we can assist you.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service issues
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout.

Naimal Studio will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
